I love this article on happiness. What’s the key to happiness? Gratitude. Too many people complain and blame, and certainly I’m guilty of feeling this way too, but if you can choose to be happy, isn’t that a better way to go? I was having this debate in my head after reading about someone who was acting in a way that was right for them, but wrong to so many others. Regardless of who’s right, those who were wronged became so enraged. Doesn’t that anger just consume the individual feeling it, doing nothing to change behavior? Not that they need to be thankful, but your health, both mental and physical, are so tied to your emotions. If you feel you just deserve things but take no action to make things happen, you’ll always be blaming others. Start today by just being thankful for one thing. Maybe tomorrow you’ll see a change…
